Same family, same standards, same trade — and counting. A trade this family has been in since 1984 behind it.
About us
Think back to the last time you got an unexpected card from someone you work with. Remember how that felt — that somebody took the time. That's the whole product. Everything else is paper and ink.
Communication has a lot of jobs to do. Inform. Persuade. Clarify. Entertain. But there's one job paper does better than any screen ever has, and it's the one this business exists for — building relationships.
I've been at this since 1984. That's right, kids. Greeting cards first, then printing, then both. Different products, one thread running the whole way through.
Not moving units. Not filling orders. Connecting people.
Since 1984 I've been helping people say thank you.
Helping people say I was thinking of you.
Helping people say we're still here, and you still matter to us.
Most people find those sentences hard. Not because they don't mean them — because saying them out loud feels like a lot. A card does the saying for you. You pick it, you sign it, you send it, and the thing you couldn't quite put into words arrives anyway.
That's the business. Helping people express themselves and keeping the people they care about close.
An email is read and gone. A card is a tangible creation. Somebody opens it, and then they decide where to put it — on the wall, above the desk, on the corkboard, in the room where they're making decisions about who to call. It stays there for two months.
That's not sentiment. That's the most durable, least expensive contact you can make with someone whose business you want to keep. Watching it work since 1984 is how I know.
Best Holiday Cards has been publishing since 2003. It was a family business then and it's a family business now — nothing about that has changed.
My own road here was rougher. I started businesses. Lost one along the way. Started again. That's the part people usually leave out, and it's the part that taught me the most.
What I'm proudest of isn't the catalog. It's the relationships. There are customers on our list who have been ordering from us for twenty years, and some of them I'd recognize on the street.
Which is the point, really. I sell relationship-building for a living. It would be a strange business to run if I didn't practice the thing.
Quality and genuine value — not gimmicks. Some companies raise their card prices in October and then advertise BIG DISCOUNTS in November. We do everyday pricing with a discount for ordering early, because an early order is easier for us to produce well.
Made in the USA. Every card. Nothing goes to press until you've seen a proof.
And you shouldn't have to wade through 350-odd designs to find yours. That's what the profession pages are for — we've already done the narrowing for your line of work. Prices are on every tile, and the calculator will cost your exact order before you commit to anything.
Relationships.
Real ones.
Fostered with something a person can actually hold.
It's what we've always done. The product just keeps changing.
You never cross the same river twice — but you can be the one your clients remember from last time.
Same family, same standards, same trade — and counting. A trade this family has been in since 1984 behind it.
Every card we sell is printed here. It matters to a lot of our customers, and it matters to us.
We ship nationwide. Our customers are in every state, and Maryland, Virginia and California each order from us about as often as Pennsylvania does.
Full catalog, all three price tiers, and a calculator that costs your exact order — quantity, imprint, logo, mailing, the lot. Order at midnight if that's when you have the time.
Stuck on something the site can't answer? 833-682-8250. Somebody who knows the catalog picks up. That's not a differentiator we invented — it's just how a business this size works.
Communicate & connect. That's the whole game.
