Production time

Production time moves with the season — comfortable in September and October, tight in the first two weeks of December. Call 833-682-8250 for a real date on your order. If you have a hard deadline, tell us before you order and we'll be straight with you about whether it's achievable.

Ordering in time for Christmas

December 21 is the last day to order and still have your cards in hand in time to mail them before Christmas. That holds anywhere in the contiguous states.

We publish that date because you deserve to know it, not because we recommend using it. A card mailed on the 22nd arrives somewhere between Christmas and New Year, in a week when half the office is out. Order in early December and it lands while people are still at their desks. Order in September or October and it lands on a wall that still has room on it.

Rush orders

A rush fee of $30 applies where we can compress the schedule. Availability depends on the time of year and the specifics of the order. Call 833-682-8250.

Shipping

We ship from Pennsylvania. Ground shipping within the contiguous United States is priced by quantity, so you can see the rate before you order — it isn't a percentage of your order and it doesn't appear as a surprise at the end.

Calendar cards are heavier, so they ship for a little more. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico aren't covered by these rates — call 833-682-8250 and we'll quote it.

Mailing service

If you'd rather not handle envelopes: addressing is $75 for the order, and our full mailing service is $350 — we address, stamp and mail from your list. Mailing lists you send us are used for your order and nothing else.

Proofs and approval

A printed proof is $20. Nothing goes to press until you approve it. We strongly recommend a proof on any order carrying a logo.

Returns

We can't accept returns. Your cards are personalized — your name, your firm, your logo. They can't be resold to anyone else, so there's nothing we could do with them coming back. That's true of every personalized printer, and it's exactly why the proof step exists: you see it before we print it.

If we got it wrong, we fix it. If the printed cards don't match the proof you approved, or they arrive damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint them. That's our error to carry, not yours.

Cancellations

Cancel any time before you approve the proof and you're charged nothing beyond logo setup if we've already done it. Once the job is on press we can't stop it.
