Agreement

By ordering from Best Holiday Cards you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't work for your organization, call us before you order and we'll sort it out.

Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order — rarely, but it happens — for reasons including content we're not willing to print or a schedule we can't honestly meet.

Proofs and approval

Where you've bought a proof, nothing goes to press until you approve it. Approving a proof means the imprint text, spelling, layout and logo placement on it are what you want. Once approved, errors visible on that proof are not grounds for a reprint at our cost.

Pricing

Prices shown on this site are per-card estimates from our published quantity tiers and are current at the time of publication. Your final price is the one confirmed in your cart at checkout, which includes shipping and any upgrades. We reserve the right to change prices; a price already confirmed on an accepted order doesn't change.

Discounts

Early-order discounts apply to the card price and not to services, add-ons, upgrades or shipping. Dates and rates are as published and may change year to year. Promotional codes are subject to their own stated terms and can't be combined unless we say so.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any logo, image or text you ask us to print, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you supplied. We reserve the right to decline content we consider unlawful or offensive.

Color and materials

Monitors vary. Printed ink colors are an approximation of what you see on screen, and printed paper color can shift slightly between runs. If exact color matters to your order, buy the proof.

Returns

Personalized cards are made to order. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy, including what happens if we get it wrong.

Limitation of liability

Our liability on any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
