What we collect
What you give us in order to place and fulfill an order: name, business name, billing and shipping address, email, phone, payment details, imprint text, logo files, and any mailing list you send us for our addressing or mailing service.
We also collect basic technical information when you visit — pages viewed, browser type, approximate location — to understand what's useful on the site.
Mailing lists
This is the part that matters most to our business customers, so we'll be plain about it. A mailing list you send us is used to fulfill your order and nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, market to it, or merge it into any list of our own.
How we use your information
To produce and deliver your order, to take payment, to send you a proof, to answer your questions, and — if you've asked for it — to send you occasional email about ordering seasons and new designs. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link that works.
Who we share it with
Only who we have to: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and the mailing house when you've bought a mailing service. All of them get the minimum required to do the job. We don't sell personal information.
Payment details
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We don't store full card numbers on our systems.
