The North "Pole" Course
A cartoon Santa at the top of his follow-through on the eighth hole at the North Pole Golf Course — par 3, 129 yards, with the pin planted on the summit of a snow-covered mountain. The ball is already away, tracing a dotted arc toward the green, while a reindeer caddie waits behind him shouldering the bag. Falling snow, a full moon and a hand-lettered course sign finish the scene. The humor is gentle and the joke is on Santa, not the recipient, which is what makes it safe to send to a client you know plays.
